WARRANTY POLICY

All units purchased after January 1, 2015, will come with a 10 year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structure includes aluminum or stainless frames, shower and tub fiberglass, and acrylic panels from the date of purchase. Please note that structural components are subject to repair only.  All component parts, which is everything not included in the structural warranty, including glass carry a standard 3 year warranty from the date of purchase. All Steamspa steam generators, Venzi tubs and Fresca products come with a 1 year parts warranty.  The warranty does not cover labor or shipping. This warranty is valid only if a licensed plumber/ electrician installs this unit. Please note that installation by unqualified persons will void this contract. A copy of your sales invoice for installation by a licensed plumber/electrician is required. The warranty is transferable.

Lifetime Parts Warranty

For an additional $499, you can extend your parts warranty for the lifetime of the unit. All component parts, which is everything not included in the structural warranty, including glass, will carry a lifetime warranty from the date of purchase if you select this upgrade. The warranty does not include labor or shipping. The warranty is transferable.
