Free freight shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States. Orders ship within 2–3 business days and arrive within 7–14 business days depending on your location. Delivery is curbside — please arrange help to move the unit inside before your delivery date.

All Aquapeutics products include a 10-year structural warranty and a 3-year parts warranty. Upgrade to a Lifetime Parts Warranty for an additional $499 at checkout.
Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase with a Return Material Authorization (RMA). A 15% restocking fee applies and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Professional installation is required. A licensed electrician must install a dedicated GFCI-protected circuit (typically 240V/16A for steam generators). A licensed plumber must connect the hot and cold water supply lines and drain.
A floor drain flush with the finished floor is required for all steam shower installations. Two finished, tiled walls are required for corner installations.
