How long does it take for me to receive my order once it is placed online?

Unless stated otherwise most orders will ship within 2 business days of payment. Transit times can take up to 7 days depending on your location from our warehouse.

What is your return policy?

You can return all items bought from Aquapeutics within 7 days of delivery. To qualify, please ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, manuals, accessories, original crate, etc.). Please package the product the same way you received it including any shrink wrap, tape and foam. This will help prevent damages back to us. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier. The customer must pay all costs related to original shipping and return shipping even if shipping was free. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse you, less the original shipping fee, return shipping fee, and less a restocking fee of 15%. For refunds on purchases made with a credit card, we will issue a credit to the same credit card used to make the purchase. If you paid using check, the refund will be applied using a company check.

Yes. Call us toll free at 1.800-290-6812 and we will be able to assist you using VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover, and other forms of payment.

To what countries do you ship and sell?

We currently sell to the lower 48 contiguous Unites States and Canada.

Do you have a catalogue you can send me?

Our catalogue is our online showroom, which you may link to through your own website.

How long do special orders take for items listed but not in stock?

Delivery time is dependent on product availability and can take anywhere from 1-12 weeks.  Please call us for more information regarding a product if you are concerned about shipping times.

Does Aquapeutics.com charge sales tax?

A 6.25% sales tax is charged to Massachusett’s customers only.  Customers residing outside of Massachusetts do not have to pay sales tax when purchasing product online.

How does Aquapeutics.com deliver orders?

We typically use Yellow Freight and R&L Carriers, but this can change depending on who is offering the best service times.

What is aquapeutics product warranty?

Aquapeutics offers a 10 year structural warranty against manufacturer defects. The structure includes aluminum or stainless frames, shower and tub fiberglass and acylic panels from the date of purchase. All component parts which is everything not included in the structual warranty including glass carries a 3 year warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover labor or shipping. This warranty is valid only if a licensed plumber/ electrician installs this unit. Please note that installation by unqualified persons will void this contract. A copy of your sales invoice for installation by a licensed plumber/electrician is required.
