Aquapeutics offers a 3 year limited parts warranty from the date of purchase. Warranty does not cover labor or shipping. This warranty is valid
only if a licensed plumber/ electrician installs this unit. Please note that installation by unqualified persons will void this contract. A copy of your
sales invoice for installation by a licensed plumber/electrician is required.

delivered to your curbside. Please note that this is a very large and heavy item! (See specifications above) You MUST be able to make
arrangements to get this into your home. At the time of delivery please be sure to inspect the entire contents of the boxes to make sure there is
no damage. Be sure to indicate any damage you find on the delivery reciept before signing. This is VERY important. We cannot replace a part
if damage is caused by the shipping company and a proper claim isn't filed. Free shipping is to continental US only. CANADIAN BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE that the shipping price DOES NOT include gst/pst, duty, tax, broker fees etc. The shipping fee only
covers the cost of freight. Please consult a customs broker to determine additional import charges you will incur at time of delivery. Please

Local Pick-Up

This unit takes 2-4 hours to install and requires a professionally licensed plumber/electrician.

reason, within 3 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All returns are subject to inspection
by Aquapeutics. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee applies.
