PLEASE NOTE: THESE UNITS WILL SHIP OUT WITHIN 2-3 DAYS OF PAYMENT. This item ships via motor freight carrier and will be
delivered to your curbside. Please note that this is a very large and heavy item! (See specifications above) You MUST be able to make
arrangements to get this into your home. At the time of delivery please be sure to inspect the entire contents of the boxes to make sure there is
no damage. Be sure to indicate any damage you find on the delivery reciept before signing. This is VERY important. We cannot replace a part
if damage is caused by the shipping company and a proper claim isn't filed. Free shipping is to continental US only.
CANADIAN BUYERS: PLEASE NOTE that the shipping price DOES NOT include gst/pst, duty, tax, broker fees etc. The shipping fee only
covers the cost of freight. Please consult a customs broker to determine additional import charges you will incur at time of delivery. Please
also note that we cannot ship to the following areas: Labrador (postal codes A0K, A0P-A0R and A2V) and the Northwest Territories, Nunavut

Refunds and Returns: |

All returns must be done within 3 days from the time the customer receives the item from the freight company. Customer must contact seller
prior to returning the item to receive a Return Material Authorization. We must be notified of a customer’s intent to return an item, for any
reason, within 3 days of the purchase or the transaction will be considered a final sale and non-returnable. All returns are subject to inspection
by Aquapeutics. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee applies. |
